Original paintings currently available for sale can be purchased through this website’s checkout for delivery within Australia or collection from North Perth by arrangement.

Each artwork listing indicates whether the painting is framed or unframed.

Australia-wide shipping

Shipping Australia-wide is included in the listed price of the 16 paintings currently available for sale.

If you prefer to collect your painting, complimentary collection from North Perth is available by arrangement.

Other artworks offered in the future may have different delivery arrangements. Any applicable delivery arrangements or charges will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

International sales and shipping are not offered.

Framing

Some paintings are offered framed, as indicated in their listings. Professional framing for unframed paintings can be arranged at an additional cost, quoted individually.

Commissions

Commission details and pricing are agreed before painting begins. Completion and collection or delivery timeframes are agreed individually before work commences.

A deposit of 30% of the agreed price is generally required before work begins. The remaining balance is payable upon collection or before delivery.

Once painting work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable, subject to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

Any framing or shipping requirements and their additional costs will be agreed separately.

Returns and Australian Consumer Law

Refunds or exchanges are not offered simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your artwork arrives damaged, or you believe there is another problem with your purchase, please contact me directly through the Contact page. Photographs of the artwork and packaging are helpful when assessing shipping damage, but are not a condition of your consumer rights.

If an artwork or service does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
